What Taavo is
Taavo helps remote workers, freelancers, founders and other people who sometimes work alone find small coworking sessions happening today at public, work-friendly venues. Taavo is launching in Medellín, starting with density around Laureles and Poblado. The public product is pre-launch and being built across web, iOS and Android; Taavo does not guarantee a venue, a particular person, a specific experience or a professional outcome.
Use Taavo responsibly
Meet in appropriate public places, use your judgment, respect venue rules and do not share information you are not comfortable sharing. Taavo is not an emergency, security or transportation service.
Sessions and venues
Session details are created by users and may change. Hosts and participants are responsible for their own plans, communication and conduct. Taavo may remove or cancel sessions that violate these Terms or create a safety concern.
Founding Membership
Founding Membership is an optional one-time $50 USD launch-phase offer. It includes Taavo+ for life on the Founding Member account under the applicable terms, plus a permanent Founding Member badge, early access, product input and invitations to occasional coworking sessions, meetups and other community experiences when dates, venue capacity and availability allow. It is not a subscription and is not required to use the free Taavo app. The public offer may be modified, paused or removed; its availability is not tied to the launch of Taavo+. The entitlement is associated with the Founding Member account and is not transferable.
Changes to the public Founding Membership offer
Taavo may modify, pause or remove the public Founding Membership offer at its discretion. Confirmed memberships and their stated Taavo+ entitlement remain governed by these Terms and are not retroactively cancelled by a change to the public offer.
Taavo+
Taavo+ is the planned optional paid layer for extra visibility and discovery tools. Current pricing is $9.99 per month or $99 per year; public pricing may change for future subscribers. Planned benefits may include a Taavo+ profile badge, increased visibility, matching alerts, advanced filters, saved preferences, easier repeat hosting, early access and future partner perks where available. A paid badge is a status signal, not identity or safety verification. The free Taavo experience remains useful without Taavo+.
Payments and membership
After Stripe confirms the one-time $50 payment, Taavo records the Founding Membership and its Taavo+ entitlement. The checkout confirmation page confirms that Stripe received payment; it does not by itself confirm the final membership record. “For life” means access to Taavo+ for the life of the Taavo service and account under the applicable terms; it is not a promise that Taavo will operate forever. Founding community experiences are subject to dates, venue capacity and availability. Payments may appear as RCB Software LLC because RCB Software LLC owns Taavo. No ownership or investment rights
Founding Membership does not provide equity, ownership, investment rights or financial returns. It is a launch-phase membership, not an investment.
Referrals
Direct referral attribution may be tracked, but no automatic commission, rebate, credit, downstream reward or referral payout is promised unless Taavo separately confirms a specific written program in the future.
WhatsApp community
Joining the WhatsApp group is optional. If you join, your phone number and profile may be visible to other group participants and WhatsApp will process information under its own terms and privacy policy. Email onboarding is always available instead.
Safety and moderation
You can report a session, report a person or block someone. Blocking removes that person and sessions involving them from your discovery experience. Taavo may review reports, suspend accounts or remove content to protect the community.
Account suspension or removal
Taavo may suspend or remove an account, session or access when needed for safety, moderation, legal compliance or a breach of these Terms. You may request support at contact@taavo.app .
